Return Rules and Instructions
Unsatisfied with your online Rightside Design™ purchase? We’re sorry! We will accept a full product refund or exchange, within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in the condition in which they were received with tags. Any item that has had the tags removed will not be accepted for a return. Pillows cannot be returned after use due to sanitary reasons. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We cannot accept gift returns at this time. You will be refunded the amount of your order less the cost of shipping. You will not be refunded for your shipping costs unless the item is non-functioning with defect.
Directions for a Refund or Exchange
- Call Customer Service at 484-508-8722 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Include the RA# on the receipt in your return package. Please also keep a copy of the RA# for your own reference.
- Please enclose the RA#, receipt and product(s) in the box to ship back to the address below:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with the same product provided that it is in stock. Replacements will be issued up to a 30 days after your original purchase date.
Please call Customer Service at 484-508-8722 to initiate any replacement.
It may take up to 14 days to process a refund or exchange once the product has been received by our warehouse. Thanks for being patient with us.
Warranty is 30 days on all products except pillows. Pillows cannot be returned after use due to sanitary reasons.
Be sure to read all care and handling instructions provided as our products are hand-made and need special laundering care.

Wholesale Return Policy
All sales are final. Products may only be returned to us for a full refund or credit if there are clear defects, or non-functional problems with the product (i.e. clocks do not work). Pillows are non-returnable for sanitary reasons. All merchandise must be prepaid by either check or credit card before it ships, unless net 30 day payment terms are pre-approved by CFO. If net 30 day payment terms are approved, customer must supply credit card for shipping expenses to be prepaid only or customer to supply shipping account number. Backorder Policy: all Backorders will be shipped to customers automatically unless customer calls to cancel the order in advance. We will call all customers before we ship backorders in case customer wants to add additional items to consolidate freight costs. Thank you for your business!
