During high volume times (big sales, holidays), inventory fluctuates more than normal causing some items to sell out. If you order an item that is out of stock, you will be contacted via email or by our Customer Service team asking if you would like a replacement item or if you wish to cancel your order.

International shipping to Canada and parts of Europe only. (Duties and Taxes will apply)
We ship via FedEx shipping services. The standard shipping method is FedEx Ground, and expedited shipping is available in most instances. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the items you order as well as your location. You will have various options for shipping: FedEx Ground (6-14 Business Days), Fed Ex 2 Day Air, and Fed Ex Standard Overnight. For small one item boxes we also offer economy shipping through the U.S Postal Service.
All orders ship within 1-5 business days (M-F) from Landenberg, PA. Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day. This applies to all shipping methods.
For most in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the contiguous United States you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing your order, depending on your delivery area. Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States may take up to 60 days to be received via Standard Delivery.
If we need to ship your order in parts, delivery will be charged on a pro-rated basis.
Please note a signature is required for orders over $500.

If you would like to receive your order more quickly, FedEx standard overnight (available within the contiguous U.S. only) is offered for an additional $25.00. Orders of in-stock items will be received in 3 business days as we need one day to process your order. Orders for all rush delivery methods must be placed by 1:00 PM EST for that day’s processing. Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an automated email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the FedEx tracking number OR USPS TRACKING for your package. You can track your package on the Fed Ex web site at www.fedex.com/us/track. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register on the FedEx site.
What will it cost me in the way of delivery charges? What is included in your Delivery charge?
Delivery Charges for U.S. orders will be calculated automatically when you proceed to the checkout on our site or when you place your order over the phone. If we need to ship your order in parts, delivery will be charged on a pro-rated basis. See Shipping Policies and Return Policies for more information.
Can I ship items to more than one address when placing my order online?
We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but unfortunately we cannot do so online within a single order at this time. If you would like to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you can enter separate orders on our website, or call us at 484-508-8722. We regret any inconvenience and promise to make this easier in the future - stay tuned!
When will I receive my order?
For most in-stock items delivered within the contiguous United States, expect to receive your order within 10 business days IF YOU SELECT GROUND, depending on your delivery area. Orders for rush delivery are shipped the next day if received by 1:00 PM Eastern time.
If my selection is "backordered," what happens?
Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our fulfillment center within 90 days. We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. Delivery will be charged on a pro-rated basis.

An item I've ordered is on backorder and I do not want to wait for it. How can I cancel it?
To cancel any backordered item, login to your account online or send us an email at at email@example.com and include your name, address and order confirmation number, if known, and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already been shipped to you, we will cancel it immediately. If it has already shipped, simply return the items that you do not want and will credit your account for the items returned.
How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?
If you have any question about your order, including order status, login to your account online or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address, and order confirmation number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.
